KIDS ON THE BLOCK perform during the school year for students in Grades 3 to 6. Performances begin in late September and end in early June. Our three troupes perform Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Performances are generally every two weeks.

Performances are scheduled during the afternoon. A performance usually takes 45 minutes and accommodates up to 80 students. Most schools require 2 performances during our visit. Schools with 200 or more students in Grades 3 to 6 may book 2 days.

Puppeteers arrive half an hour prior to a performance to allow time to set up and require half an hour to dismantle at the end of the performances.
